Full Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Master Data Administrator to join its Master Data team on a contingent basis.
The successful candidate will support a series of data improvement initiatives focused on cleansing, validating and enhancing supplier and customer master data.
This role will play an important part in ensuring business data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose across multiple systems, enabling improved reporting, operational efficiency and compliance.
Skills:Previous experience working within a Master Data, Data Governance or Data Quality environment Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise platforms Strong data analysis and data cleansing capabilities Experience handling large datasets with a high degree of accuracy Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data manipulation techniques The JobCleanse, validate and maintain supplier and customer master data across multiple systems Identify, analyse and resolve data quality issues including duplicates, missing information and inconsistencies Perform bulk data updates in accordance with governance and control procedures Support data migration, transformation and system implementation activities Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Sales and IT teams to resolve data discrepancies Apply agreed data standards, naming conventions and enrichment rules Conduct data profiling, reconciliation and validation activities Maintain
