The UX Lead for Risk Intelligence is a senior design leader embedded within Product Operations, responsible for elevating user experience quality and accelerating customer-centric decision-making across the entire Risk Intelligence portfolio. You will shape and own the portfolio-level UX strategy, drive discovery excellence, design governance, and create the standards, patterns, and processes that enable product teams to deliver intuitive, trusted, and compliant user experiences. You will mentor and manage a UX Designer, while partnering deeply with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and Go-to-Market stakeholders. Your impact spans end-to-end workflows, multi-product journeys, and enterprise-grade data experiences, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable improvement in customer experience across the portfolio. This is a builder role within Product Operations-ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, can bring structure to ambiguity, and is excited by establishing and scaling UX capability across a global organisation.
