Turn complex user needs into clear, intuitive digital experiences aligned with best practice and standards
Build and maintain reusable UI components and scalable design systems
Develop modern front-end applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
Create responsive, accessible interfaces suited to secure and restricted environments
Integrate front-end solutions with APIs and backend services
Optimise performance for speed, usability, and low-bandwidth scenarios
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver end-to-end digital services

Strong front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Proven UX capability across wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
Ability to integrate with RESTful APIs and handle JSON data
Background in secure or regulated sectors (e.g. government, defence, national security)
Familiarity with secure development principles such as DevSecOps
Work on meaningful projects that directly support national-level operations
Be part of small, highly skilled teams delivering real impact at pace
