• Experience: 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably within a digital agency or product team environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both web and mobile applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.
• User-Centred Design: A deep understanding of user-centred design processes, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of Accessibility: Familiarity with UK accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, handling feedback constructively and fostering a positive working environment.
