Your focus will be on understanding users through research and translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation.,
- Analyse data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that adhere to best practices in UX/UI design.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather feedback for future iterations.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented and maintain design consistency across platforms.
- Review and provide feedback during the development process to ensure adherence to design principles.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. How you'll do it:

- Experience: 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably within a digital agency or product team environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both web and mobile applications.
- Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.
- User-Centred Design: A deep understanding of user-centred design processes, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of Accessibility: Familiarity with UK accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, handling feedback constructively and fostering a positive working environment.
