What You'll Be Doing
Managing multi-utility projects across North East area, ensuring successful delivery in line with budget, safety, and performance targets.
Coordinating resources effectively to meet client and asset owner requirements while maximising efficiency.
Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, DNOs, iDNOs, Water Authorities, and NAV partners.
Ensuring compliance with industry accreditations (WIRS, GIRS, NERS) and regulatory requirements.
Leading and supporting operational teams, ensuring best practices in construction, health & safety, and engineering standards.
Driving performance, from cost control and project audits to risk management and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in project management within the utilities sector (gas, water, electricity).
Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, asset adoption processes, and industry standards.
Commercial awareness - ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial targets.
Accreditations: NRSWA Supervisor, EUSR SHEA Passport (Gas, Water & Electric).
Excellent leadership skills - able to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
