  • The User Researcher will work closely with end users, designers and people across the organisation, ensuring user needs are driving the design of new digital services

    You'll have experience of user research activities, including recruiting and managing participants, and designing and delivering research sessions at each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • You'll enjoy turning research outcomes into compelling stories, and communicating these to colleagues to build an understanding of user needs
  • You'll have experience of working in an agile environment and will know how to use different research methods to provide the insight required by teams
