Used Car Sales Consultant
Location: Bedford Road, Northampton
Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday
Salary: Basic salary £21k; OTE £54k
Opening Hrs: 8:30 - 18:00 Mon - Fri, Sat 9:00-17:00, Sun: 11:00-16:00
Joining a dedicated retail sales team in one of the biggest, newest, and most exciting dealerships from which to operate in the UK, this role will work alongside BMW & MINI New vehicle sales colleagues, supported by a Business Management team, and report into the Used Car Sales Manager.
The role has primary responsibility for the sale of Used BMW and MINI vehicles, with leads needing to be generated through outbound prospecting activity to supplement significant enquiry levels through our online and physical presence in the marketplace. The customer journey is paramount, and we expect some opportunities to flow and result directly in New vehicle sales.
A strong track record of success in retail automotive sales is a pre-requisite for this position.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this organisation as well as our own image and actions being completely aligned with the modern high-tech BMW & MINI products which we are privileged to sell.
