The ideal candidate will possess an MD or DO degree, board certification in Urgent Care or a related specialty, and a valid medical license to practice in the state. You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting, demonstrating your ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion.
