Full Job Description
Working with an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide urgent assessment and treatment so that patients receive safe, timely care when they need it most. City Health Care Partnership CIC is looking for a skilled and compassionate practitioner to support the delivery of high-quality urgent care services. You will assess and treat patients of all ages presenting with minor illness, minor injuries, acute conditions and exacerbations of long-term health needs. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of healthcare settings, supported by a well-established clinical team and ongoing professional development. What you'll do:
- Assess, examine, diagnose and treat patients, or refer them to the most appropriate service
- Deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care for patients with urgent healthcare needs
- Work closely with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure seamless patient journeys
- Support and guide junior staff while acting as a positive role model
- Contribute to service improvement through audit, research and the use of clinical guidelines
A registered clinician with experience managing minor illness and/or minor injury presentations - Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- The ability to work within professional boundaries and follow policies and procedures
- Effective communication, leadership and teamwork skills
