Full Job Description
As our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Performance Marketing Team. You'll take the lead on managing and growing our affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving new customers, boosting traffic, and unlocking revenue opportunities.
- Lead influencer gifting outreach, sourcing exciting new talent, coordinating product sends, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Act as the go-to contact for influencer agencies, ensuring paid campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time.
- Own gifting and performance trackers, partnering closely with the Trading team to measure impact and spot growth opportunities..
- Own relationships with student partners, ensuring all offers and assets are current while proactively developing these partnerships.
- Keep partners engaged and informed by sharing promotions and key product focuses aligned to the marketing calendar.
- Monitor daily spend across commissions and partner activities, keeping budgets on track.
- Use Marcode (SaaS platform) to proactively identify and tackle affiliate fraud.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations to optimise future partnerships.
- Support with contracts, invoicing, and general administrative tasks related to affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Constantly seek out new opportunities across affiliate and influencer channels to drive growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the Social Coordinator to source on-brand content via TikTok One, sharing what's working in weekly trade meetings.
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as required; no two days are the same!
Experience in digital marketing (ideally in a similar role), with a proactive, can-do attitude. - A genuine passion for fashion and strong awareness of the online retail landscape.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.
- A data-driven mindset, you're comfortable analysing performance and turning insights into action.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact.
