Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to provide Permanent Lectuering to NVQ students. This role will support the delivery of both Plumbing and heating apprenticeship programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber professional or construction trainer with experience in further education or apprenticeships to step into a well-established programme and support learner progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and theoretical sessions across Plumbing and heating apprenticeships Support apprentices in developing industry-standard skills and knowledge Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment in line with health and safety regulations Monitor learner progress and provide feedback where required
Requirements:
Relevant industry experience in Plumbing (essential) Level 3 plumbing (Essential) Experience delivering training or working with apprentices/learners (preferred) A teaching qualification (or willingness to work within FE standards) is essential Strong communication and organisational skills
Additional Information:
Full-time hours (37 per week) Based on-site in Uxbridge
Benifits
Salary- 40k + 5k
Penison - 21%
Holidays - School holidays, up to 50 days a year
