Jumping right into the fun stuff! You will be helping with messy crafts, building block towers, reading stories, and supervising outdoor garden games.

Keeping the day flowing smoothly by setting up play stations, assisting during snack and mealtimes, and helping with general tidying.

Saying a warm hello to parents and carers at drop-off and pick-up, helping them feel connected to their child's day.

Partnering with experienced, qualified staff who will guide you, answer your questions, and help you learn the ropes.

Have you already gained some wonderful, hands-on experience in a nursery but haven't yet completed a formal childcare qualification? Or perhaps you took a career break to care for your own family and are searching for a welcoming, stress-free route back into the early years sector?

We are looking for joyful, energetic Nursery Assistants to join some wonderfully friendly nursery settings right here in Welling. We understand that finding your feet in a new workplace takes time, which is why we only partner with nurseries that offer genuine mentorship, a warm welcome, and a strong sense of community.

While you do not need formal childcare certificates to be successful here, we do require a foundation of at least 3 months of experience in a nursery. If you have a bright attitude, a natural way with children, and an eagerness to grow, we will provide the supportive environment you need to build your confidence!
