Full Job Description
You will provide high-level administrative support for the undergraduate medical degree programme, coordinating a wide range of activities across clinical sites.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background. A proven team player and confident communicator, you will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues. Experience of working in a higher education environment is not essential; we will support you to settle in and excel in the role. About you To be a suitable candidate for this position you will have: o Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. o Excellent attention to detail when handling applicant information. o Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems. o A curious mindset and commitment to personal and team development. o A flexible, team-oriented approach.
