UKIE MCO GTMC Head

· Executing the GTMC mandate of operational excellence and transformation in ukie

· Inspiring, leading and developing the local GTMC team, fostering talent and building capabilities aligned with priorities

· Orchestrating GTMC operations across pillars (Insights & Analytics, Customer-Facing Capabilities, Omnichannel) based on global and regional strategies

· Driving radical portfolio prioritisation and resource allocation to maximize business impact while maintaining operational continuity

· Managing GTMC budget and resources aligned with UKIE priorities and Chapter investment decisions

· Ensuring close alignment with business units, Digital, and hub teams through clear governance, defined ways of working, and transparent communication

· Managing the transition of local activities to hubs according to global and regional roadmaps

· Representing GTMC in forums (Business Unit Leadership Team meetings, Country Council meetings)

· Experience in partnering with the Business and building trust.

· Experience in leading a large direct team, developing people, coaching and giving feedback.

· Experience in at least one GTMC pillars (I&A/CFC/Omnichannel)

· Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results, ability to ensure the correct pace of the acceleration of transitions of activities

· Financial skills to lead the performance of responsibility perimeter.

· High persistency and resilience.

UKIE MCO has a strong ambition for double-digit growth powered by a field team of approximately 100 people. Several strategic projects are integral part for the biopharma roadmap.
