ams OSRAM is seeking a commercially driven Head of Trade Aftermarket to lead the UK Aftermarket Business Unit. You will manage a team of five, own P&L, and drive growth across distributors, buying groups, specialists and motor factors.

The role covers contract negotiations, promotional planning, and omnichannel strategies. You will oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring strong product launches and cohesive in-store and online execution.
