UK PI Buyer

We're looking for a UK PI Buyer to come join us, based at Runcorn. In this role you will be responsible for negotiating UK PI molecule commercial agreements, securing product availability, maintaining supply during market shortages, and working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance across the Phoenix PI business. The heart of the role

• Negotiate commercial agreements and cost prices for UK PI molecules.
• Work closely with Pricing and Telesales teams to monitor cost price movements and support competitive market pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with the Proposition team to align on market pricing trends and product availability.
• Source new supplier opportunities and identify new molecules entering the market to secure the best commercial outcomes for the business.
  
  Previous purchasing experience within the PI category, ideally in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
• Experience working within a complex organisation requiring strong internal stakeholder engagement.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
• Knowledge of pharmacy reimbursement models and industry pricing agreements such as Drug Tariff, Category M and VPAS/VPAG would be advantageous.
