Full Job Description
Working closely with Commercial teams, Regional Network Planners, and local Supply Planners, you will lead the demand planning process to ensure customer demand is accurately forecast and aligned with inventory levels, production plans, and resource capacity. You will also act as the central point of coordination for intercompany flows, supporting both local and regional business performance., Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the UK demand planning process, ensuring robust and accurate demand forecasts.
- Facilitate and drive regular forecast and demand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning processes to support customer service and cost efficiency Intercompany Management
- Act as the focal point for managing UK intercompany flows.
- Collaborate with regional and international counterparts to optimise supply, stock positioning, and service levels. Performance & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve a suite of Supply Chain KPIs.
- Use data and insights to guide decision-making and drive performance improvements across the wider supply chain.
- Actively explore and utilise digital tools such as QlikView and Power BI to enhance reporting and analytics Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and deputise for the UK Supply Chain Manager when required.
- Contribute to EU review meetings and wider regional forums.
- Play an active role in defining medium and long term business plans
- Support & Audit local Customs Compliance Department
Degree qualified or equivalent experience - Experience of Kinaxis Demand Planning Software or similar, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Confident working with data, KPIs, and digital reporting tools.
