Full Job Description
To provide a clerical and reception support service to patients and the department whilst collecting and recording vital patient-related data on the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC) computer system: Meditech and System 1, Booking in of Ambulances and working alongside and across the Team in UECC, ensuring a effective and efficient service to our patients/relatives. UECC Receptionist will register patients attending UECC and Same Day Emergency Care( SDEC), as well as our GP Out of Hours Service, Please see attached the job description and person specification for the full details about the role and the responsibilities.
