This is a pivotal operational leadership role where you will take responsibility for on-shift service delivery, performance management and escalation. You will lead the real-time delivery of UCCH services across Mid and South Essex, ensuring safe, effective and high-performing services across multiple contracts., As a UCCH Manager - Unscheduled Care Co-ordination Hub, you will lead the real-time delivery of UCCH services across Mid and South Essex, ensuring safe, effective and high-performing services across multiple contracts. This is a highly operational, hands-on role suited to someone confident in managing live services, leading teams through complexity and making decisions under pressure.
