Full Job Description

We are working on fast-moving projects with international clients to produce new assessments which fit with new curricula. These are often innovative for our clients and present an exciting opportunity to change the face of assessment for learners., This role will focus on typesetting and amending assessment material to house-style and associated administrative tasks and responsibilities.

  • Typesetting material to strict deadlines.
  • Carrying out the associated administration processes of material production.
  • Establishing strong communication with internal and external staff and colleagues.
  • Providing support and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Providing back-up for team members.
  • This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

  • An accurate typist used to producing typed material.
  • Used to working in fast-paced environment and keeping to strict deadlines.
  • A quick learner.
  • Someone who believes in high standards, takes pride in their work and who is motivated by contributing to a team to help produce high quality material.
  • Someone who will role model our core behaviours of collaboration, innovation and responsibility.
  • You will need to demonstrate:
  • Grade A/B/C GCSE English language and education to A Level standard (or equivalent).
  • A proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your work.
  • Aptitude for working flexibility and being adaptable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.

  • Experience of using Adobe InDesign is desirable but not essential.
