Tutor (Alternative Provision)

You'll deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group learning in schools, community settings, homes and our specialist learning environments. Every day is different, and every learner is unique. We're looking for tutors who can think creatively, build trust quickly and inspire young people who may have previously disengaged from education.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Is passionate about inclusive education
• Can deliver engaging and personalised learning
• Has experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs
• Understands the importance of relationships in education.
• Is resilient, adaptable and solution-focused
• Can work independently while being part of a supportive team
