We are a team of 4 located in the North of England. As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people. Prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite; what matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. You will become part of a dynamic team, collaborating with seasoned recruiters while having ample opportunities for career advancement, with our unwavering support every step of the way. If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Matching new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
  • Liaising with our clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
  • Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and using clients in an allocated geographical area
  • Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
  • Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.

  • Employment offers are subject to satisfactory vetting checks. These checks will be run in line with the latest guidance and legislation. You will need to already have the right to work in the UK, as we are not able to offer any sponsorship(s) for visa applicants.
