Full Job Description

As a Trustee, you will help ensure the BPS is well governed, financially sustainable and effectively managing risk as we implement our new strategy.,

  • 4 Board meetings per year, held in person, usually in London
  • 8 committee meetings per year, held online
  • Preparation for meetings and occasional additional Trustee activity as required

    Risk management and organisational risk
  • Audit, assurance or internal controls
  • Finance, financial management or financial governance
  • Board-level governance and oversight
  • Strategic planning and organisational change
    • Knowledge of IT, digital transformation or cyber security would be an advantage. You will be an experienced professional with the confidence to operate at Board level, scrutinise complex issues, ask constructive questions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
