Summary

The Care Homes Assessment Team (CHAT) is an award-winning service that supports the lives and deaths of residents in Care Homes across Enfield and is part of Haringey. CHAT is part of Urgent and Integrated Adult Services hosted by RFL. We are looking for a full-time physical health Band 4 senior HCA or Senior Administration Assistant who wants to take on some supervised clinical work to join our service. Experience of Excel, Word, Rio, and good IT skills is essential.

The role is 50% clinical and 50% senior admin responsibilities. Four days a week, you will work at our Acute Trust North Middlesex University Hospital supporting the clinical work of the band 7 Trusted Assessor with facilitating assessment of patients for placement in the care homes. The other day is in the office (remote working possible if needed), supporting data collection and coordination of our MDT with the GP/Geriatrician.
