Trust Investigations Officer

You will lead and manage a range of disciplinary, grievance, complaint and fact-finding investigations. This includes conducting interviews, analysing complex information, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings at hearings. You will work independently, using sound judgement and discretion, while maintaining strict confidentiality., Our Senior Leadership Team work collaboratively across the Trust to enhance each school, whilst allowing them to keep their own sense of individuality. · As our Trust grows, so does our need for talented, skilled individuals. Essential:

• Experience conducting grievance, disciplinary or similar investigations
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex information
• Excellent organisation and time-management
• Ability to influence, mediate and work with tact and empathy
• Ability to travel independently across Trust sites
Desirable:
• Experience in an education setting
• Master's degree in HR or related field
