Full Job Description

  • To provide professional, high quality & responsive operational HR support across the Trust
  • Work alongside internal & external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of HR services
  • Support School Leaders to develop their skills through the provision of professional advice, support & coaching
  • Support the efficient and effective recruitment of staff across the Trust

    Proven experience in HR
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a keen eye for detail., Have high expectations of themselves and the people they work with.
  • Are committed to our Trust values.
  • Show initiative and are responsive to change.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Are creative in their approach to problem solving.
