Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit two trust Finance Managers to join our expanding trust central finance team as we merge the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust and the Elements Diocesan Learning Trust. We seek a person who can provide an efficient, effective and transparent service, overseeing month end, year end and procurement whilst ensuring the trust's budget holders are supported in financial decision making. We will offer support and training to enable you to excel in this role. You will gain a wealth of experience of the education sector with opportunities for further development. In this role you will work within the central trust finance team, based at Drakes Broughton, Head Office or at one of the five Elements schools in Dudley (to be agreed whilst the Dudley office is being renovated). Travel to trust schools within Worcestershire or Dudley (dependent upon your geographical preference) as part of the role is essential. This role will be a hybrid role with the opportunity for home working, to be agreed with successful candidate.
