Part-Time, Permanent, 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Term time Inspire and be inspired Empower Learning Academy Trust (ELAT) is a growing, values driven family of schools, committed to creating the best possible outcomes for our pupils, staff and leaders. We are looking to appoint an exceptional Trust Executive Assistant to work at the heart of the organisation, supporting the CEO, Chair of Trustees and Executive Team, and assisting with our strong, effective governance across the Trust. This is a high trust, highly professional role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, thrives on organisation and detail, and understands the importance of discretion, judgement and clear communication. Key responsibilities
- Providing high level executive and secretarial support to the CEO and senior leaders
- Supporting Trust governance, working closely with trustees, local governing bodies and clerking provision
- Helping maintain statutory compliance and high-quality governance processes
- Organising meetings, events and Trust wide activity
- Acting as a key point of contact and a calm, professional presence at the centre of the Trust
- Acting as 'gatekeeper' for public requests and communications About you
- Experienced in supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident, personable and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy and aligned with ELAT's values
- Experience of governance or the education sector is desirable, but not essential Why ELAT?
