Trust Doctor in Internal Medicine ST3 equivalent

As a major teaching Trust, and the second largest provider of specialised services in the county, we support people with a range of rare and complex, medical, surgical and neurological conditions, cancers and genetic disorders. based across both our Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital sites, we are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for highly motivated, ambitious individual to join a Medical Rotation post., This post is an opportunity to gain experience in a variety of medical specialities with the successful candidate rotating across different specialities over the course of a year. Educational opportunities and departmental teaching will be provided to the successful candidate who will be supported to develop areas of interest including research and audit; they will be encouraged to attend Internal Medicine teaching and be offered a half day of self -directed learning time/ month.

The successful candidate would be hard working and enthusiastic with meticulous attention to patient care. They should be able to work well within a team and be excellent communicators. Candidates should have a minimum of two years post graduate experience as a doctor.

Our staff oversee over 6,500 patient contacts every day, delivering high standards of healthcare from the following sites:
