Full Job Description

You will be providing highest quality care to one of the largest dialysis and transplant cohort in the UK under direct supervision of a team of highly motivated consultant surgeons., The successful candidate will join a team of 7 consultants and will be a part of 5 middle grade doctors. General duties will provide wide exposure to all parts of the renal transplant and dialysis access training including

At least once daily ward round with the consultant surgeon and nephrologistClinic reviewsPre-transplant assessmentsPost transplant acute clinicsDialysis (PD and vascular) access clinicsPre-assessments clinic

Applications are invited for one highly motivated clinical fellows (SpR Level) in Renal transplant and vascular access surgery to start as soon as possible and one for April 2023.

The posts will suit applicants who wish to gain extensive experience in renal transplantation vascular access surgery. Previous experience in General and vascular Surgery is advantageous.
