An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IMT rotational post covering Cardiology and Endocrinology at Eastbourne District General Hospital. This is a fixed term post for 12 months, allowing a 6 month rotation in each specialty.

The post will provide the post-holder with a wide range of clinical experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology to prepare them for future applications.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:This post is a fixed term contract and ends on 3rd August 2027

The post-holder will be expected to work across the identified specialty ward and outpatients. They will participate in the acute general medicine registrar on-call rota. There will also be opportunities to attend outpatient clinics in the respective specialty.

They will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and will have close supervision and training from the Consultants. The post holder will be supported and encouraged in gaining subspecialty experience and in applying for a training post if they so wish.
