The post offers broad clinical experience across oral surgery, trauma, orthognathics, oncology, head and neck services, and supervised operating lists. Main duties of the job Based at The Royal London Dental Hospital (outpatient clinics, LA operating and teaching) and the Royal London Hospital (for theatres and on-call). Time will be spent with each specialty firm: Orthognathic/Oral Surgery/Trauma/ Oncology You will experience: Specialist Outpatient clinics including OMFS Trauma, Orthognathic, oral surgery/orthodontics, Head and Neck, 2-week wait clinics, dysplasia General Oral surgery and OMFS outpatient clinics OMFS & OS general anaesthetic theatre sessions DCT Specialist/Consultant supervised local anaesthetic operating lists. Specialist supervised DCT Biopsy list Daytime on-call commitment with appropriate supervision

• BDS or equivalent and full registration with the General Dental Council (UK)
• MJDF or equivalent
Experience Essential
• At least 2 year SHO level experience in OMFS/Oral Surgery
• Previous experience of delivery of an audit and/or quality improvement project
Desirable
• Previous experience of clinical research
• Previous experience of on-call working in OMFS/Oral Surgery
Knowledge Essential
• Awareness of Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Patient Care Legislations
• Confident diagnosing and treating patients with supervision
Desirable
• Understanding of NHS national waiting time targets such as RTT or cancer waiting time targets

• Willingness to take responsibility
