- Basic medical degree
- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent, Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
- Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months' experience after full GMC registration and evidence of achievement of foundation competencies
- Appropriate knowledge base, Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams
- Understanding of: NHS / Clinical governance / Resource constraints, Evidence of managerial skills: Achievements / Course attended Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
