Full Job Description
Lumero Educational Trust is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Trust Attendance Lead, from September 2026, to be based initially, at Charles Darwin School but will also work across the Trust. This role is offered on a two-year fixed term contract. This is an exciting, innovative and rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role dedicated solely to transforming pupil attendance and driving measurable impact across a school and the wider trust. We are looking for applicants who have a strong determination to support students to access all opportunities, with excellent organisational skills, the ability to follow systems and procedures and advise others and with sufficient background experience to understand the nature of work required. We are seeking someone who:

- has excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- has excellent interpersonal skills
- has strong understanding of attendance, safeguarding and inclusion frameworks
- is able to work using their initiative and often under pressure
- is adaptable and proactive
