Experteer Overview As Director in the Treasury Tax team, you will shape and deliver technically robust, commercially grounded treasury tax advice. You will leverage deep experience in UK loan relationships and derivative contracts to advise across complex financing and advisory matters, while leading market development and client relationships. You will nurture talent, raise the profile of Treasury Tax, and collaborate across the Corporate Tax practice to drive growth. • Advise on complex, high-value treasury tax matters and support team growth Provide expert input on debt financing, restructurings, M&A, and deals work Apply deep tax, legal, accounting, and commercial knowledge to navigate financing arrangements and create practical solutions Build and maintain trusted client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders Develop market opportunities, shape propositions, and support business development for treasury tax Lead, coach and mentor team members, deliver training and share technical insight Promote collaboration and technical excellence across the Tax practice Tasks ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified deep technical expertise in UK loan relationships and derivative contracts regimes (Disregard Regulations, Corporate Interest Restriction, Anti-hybrids, Withholding Tax) strong experience of legal, accounting, and commercial aspects of treasury activity excellent technical judgment to analyse legislation and provide practical advice strong market and client focus with ability to identify opportunities and build relationships proven leadership and project delivery skills collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing others Key requirements
