Experteer Overview In this role you will manage Copper's cash and transaction controls across fiat and digital assets, supporting liquidity, FX and investment activities. You will work within the Finance Operations team to ensure accurate processing, reconciliations and timely reporting, while building a framework for robust treasury controls. You will participate in automation and process-efficiency projects to scale treasury operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a fast-growing fintech shaping digital asset settlement and risk management. Pay / Benefits

  • Manage daily cash positions and liquidity across fiat and digital asset accounts Process deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers in line with internal controls Oversee end-to-end transaction processing for client and proprietary portfolios Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies, with escalation when needed Support fiat trade settlements and treasury reporting Manage FX transactions and currency exposures aligned to treasury guidelines Support investment activities and monitor positions against risk parameters Assist with month-end close and treasury reporting Develop and document end-to-end cash and transaction control framework Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; support audits Tasks 1-2 years' experience in cash or transaction operations, financial services/fintech/digital assets Strong control mindset with practical application in finance/operations Clear, professional communication with stakeholders Degree level education or equivalent Studying towards or qualified in accounting/finance (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data modelling High accuracy and methodical approach to complex transactions Key requirements 35 days PTO comprehensive medical insurance life insurance enhanced pension contributions 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) hybrid working model
