pressuresMonitoring exposures against risk appetite and regulatory limitsActing as Treasury Dealer when required, including placing deposits with approved counterpartiesEnsuring dealing activity operates within relevant CASS and MIFIDPRU requirementsProducing clear Treasury analysis, risk assessments, forecasts and recommendations for senior stakeholdersPresenting complex Treasury matters confidently to Executive Directors and non-specialist audiencesLeading interest income forecasting, including model development, assumptions and variance analysisWorking closely with Finance and FP&A to integrate Treasury forecasts into wider business planningSupporting regulatory reporting, documentation and controlsProviding Treasury input into strategic and growth projects across the wider businessThe business has recently implemented FIS Integrity as its Treasury Management System and is looking to maximise its capabilities across risk monitoring, reporting and operational workflows.At the same time

the team is actively exploring how AI, automation and data tools can enhance Treasury analysis, reporting and risk management.We're particularly interested in people who bring:Proven Treasury experience, ideally with exposure to Counterparty Credit Risk and/or Liquidity RiskStrong cashflow forecasting and financial modelling experienceExperience placing deposits and/or undertaking Treasury dealing activityExcellent Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret models and scenariosExperience of interest income or similar financial forecastingThe confidence to communicate complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA willingness to operate across the full breadth of Treasury responsibilitiesA Treasury or financial qualification such as ACT, AMCT, CFA or equivalent would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
