Traveller Site Officer

We are looking for a Traveller Site Officer to deliver front-line housing management services on North Northamptonshire Council's traveller sites. You will provide a first-class, customer-focused service, including income collection, arrears support, coordinating repairs as well as all aspects of site management. A key part of the role is building strong relationships with residents, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing engagement across our sites and services. The Traveller Site Officer will provide visible site management, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure health and safety compliance. They will work closely with residents, addressing behaviour concerns, supporting those with complex needs, and promoting positive engagement. Duties include managing site operations, overseeing voids and allocations, supporting income collection and arrears recovery, and taking appropriate legal action when required. The role also involves accurate record-keeping, preparing reports, responding to enquiries, and contributing to service improvements and performance targets., Our values define who we are and how we operate, by forming the foundation for how we interact with our customers, colleagues and provide our services.
