Transport Shift Manager - Warrington

At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As our Transport Shift Manager, you'll take charge of the transport operation during your shift-making sure deliveries run smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll lead a team of drivers and transport colleagues, focusing on compliance, performance, and great service. Working closely with the wider logistics team, you'll optimise routes, monitor KPIs, and keep standards high.,

• Drive operational excellence: Manage schedules, compliance, and service levels in a fast-paced environment.
• Champion safety: Stay meticulous about checks, tachograph compliance, and legal standards.
• Think commercially: Use data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost performance.
  
  Experience managing or supervising in transport or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of driver hours, compliance, and health & safety standards.
• A passion for coaching and developing others.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
