Transport Manager - Sidcup (DA14) | Immediate Start Trax is currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Manager to join our client based in Sidcup. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of transport operations and play a key role in driving performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries Lead, motivate, and develop the transport team to achieve operational excellence Manage resources effectively while ensuring compliance with WTD and EU driver hours regulations Maintain O Licence compliance, including service schedules and defect reporting Promote and uphold a strong health & safety culture across all operations Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and efficiencies Manage third-party hauliers, cost control, and investigate non-conformance issues Monitor KPIs and financial performance to ensure targets are consistently met Requirements:
