Full Job Description

  • Coordinate service readiness activities across projects, suppliers and support teams.
  • Identify risks, gaps and dependencies before services move into live use.
  • Build strong relationships that keep change moving smoothly and safely.
  • Support service management processes and help drive continual improvement.
  • Ensure knowledge, documentation and ownership are in place before go-live.

  • Experience supporting service transition activities, projects or service change.
  • Strong communication skills, translating technical information for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of service management principles, an ITIL qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience organising competing priorities and managing a varied workload.
  • Confidence working collaboratively across teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

  • You'll work Monday to Friday.
  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.
  • We can't offer a CoS for this role
