Full Job Description

As Transformation Manager, you will work closely with senior clinicians, operational leaders, estates colleagues and external partners to design and deliver innovative service improvements that enhance patient safety, quality of care, staff experience and operational efficiency. You will:

  • Lead large-scale transformation and service improvement programmes across Women's and Children's services.
  • Support the delivery and implementation of changes associated with the new Women's and Children's Hospital.
  • Drive operational readiness activities, ensuring services, people, equipment, digital systems and processes are fully prepared for successful service transfers and go-live arrangements.
  • Analyse complex data and identify opportunities for transformational change.
  • Develop business cases, benefits realisation plans and programme governance arrangements.
  • Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across the Trust, Cornwall health system and national programmes.
  • Work with clinical and operational teams to improve patient pathways, workforce models and service efficiency.
  • Support the refresh of the Women's and Children's Hospital Business Case and contribute to the benefits realisation programme.
