Full Job Description
SSE is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support our transformation journey across people, process and technology. You will spend 50% of your time across multiple base locations, including Swindon, while guiding change across projects with senior stakeholders.
You will partner with project teams and leaders to design, plan and embed structured change approaches, ensuring our people are informed, capable and fully ready for change, with travel to various sites as required.
