At IHG Hotels & Resorts, retaining our most strategic hotel assets is just as important as growing new ones. In this dynamic role as a Transactions & Asset Management Analyst, you'll support our Director of Transactions & Asset Management to safeguard IHG's system size and brand presence across the region. You'll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, contribute to high-impact deals, and help protect the long-term value of our portfolio.,

• Own and manage the renewals and retention tracker, preparing reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and weekly reviews.
• Support on single asset and portfolio deal assessments by conducting research, coordinating cross-functional input, and preparing internal committee approvals.
• Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Legal, Ops, Investment Analysis) to shape retention strategies and ensure financial and operational feasibility.
• Collaborate on strategic projects across Development, offering data-driven insight and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Build your industry network with key stakeholders including investors, asset managers, developers and third-party operators.
  
  A strong understanding of real estate finance, development, and hotel contract models (FLA, HMA, Lease).
• Experience in consultancy or a strategy/feasibility role in hospitality or real estate.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills across multifunctional teams.
• A proactive, result-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
