Transaction Manager

+ You'll facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and value-added products, ensuring compliance with all FCA guidelines. + You'll support the Sales Executives by providing expert advice and assistance in closing deals, appraising part exchanges, and guiding customers through their purchase journey. + You'll lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to improve their performance and product knowledge, particularly around F&I. + You'll manage performance reporting on finance and insurance, ensuring accurate tracking and continuous improvement. We're looking for: + Someone with experience as a Transaction or Business Manager from a franchised automotive dealership, though we will consider a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step up. + Someone with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of F&I regulation and best practice. + Someone organised, a confident team leader who can inspire trust, coach effectively, and support a high-performance sales culture. + Most importantly, someone who thrives in a customer-focused, compliance-driven environment, and who's ready to help others succeed while delivering great outcomes.
