Are you a passionate professional with a Level 3 (or higher) Health & Social Care qualification? Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a dedicated Training & Development Coordinator to ensure our team has the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.,

• Develop and implement a robust training strategy to meet business needs.
• Deliver induction and ongoing training for all staff groups.
• Ensure compliance with national care standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and systems.
• Collaborate with management to support staff development and quality care.
• Participate in external meetings and contribute to business growth.
• Take part in on-call duties on a rota basis.
  
  Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 or higher).
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of care sector regulations and standards.
• Experience in planning and delivering staff training.
Desirable:
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or similar qualification., Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, we can not offer this role to candidates requiring sponsorship
  
  Day shifts, Monday to Friday
