Full Job Description
- Design and develop training materials using Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) aligned with organisational procedures and project schedules
- Analyse training needs and deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions across multiple business areas
- Conduct training sessions, pilots, and post-training evaluations, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure effective training delivery
- Maintain compliance with regulated environment standards, supporting audits, reviews, and quality requirements
- Support knowledge transfer by coaching teams and SMEs, ensuring effective adoption of training materials and practices
