Together with our supply chain partners, we focus on achieving best outcomes for survivors of these abhorrent crimes.Key Responsibilities: As Training Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of a consistent, effective and accessible learning and development programme across the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract Management Team.Working closely with managers, HR, Learning and Development colleagues and the wider Contract Management Team stakeholders, you will help identify training needs, coordinate mandatory and role-specific training activity, and support the development of a positive learning culture that enables staff to perform confidently and effectively in
their roles.In addition, you will support the planning, scheduling and evaluation of training activity, maintain oversight of training compliance, assist with induction arrangements for new starters, and contribute to the ongoing review of training materials, guidance documents and development plans to ensure they remain relevant, accurate and aligned to contractual and operational requirements.The successful candidate will have:Experience of coordinating, supporting or delivering training, learning and development activity within a busy operational environmentThe ability to identify training needs, support training needs analysis, and help translate learning priorities into practical plans and activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with colleagues, managers and external partners at different levelsA practical, solution-focused approach, with the ability to support staff development, contribute to continuous improvement and
