We're looking for a Training & Compliance Admin who is responsible for overseeing all training compliance, onboarding, administrative processes, and competence assurance for the client team on a pharmaceutical contract. Job Overview The Training & Compliance Admin is responsible for overseeing all training compliance, onboarding, administrative processes, and competence assurance for the client team on a pharmaceutical contract. The role ensures that all staff meet mandatory training requirements, that documentation is accurate and audit-ready, and that the team remains engaged, motivated, and supported in a highly regulated environment Role Responsibilities
- Support the management of all training requirements for contractors and colleagues working on the pharma site.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP/GxP, HSE, technical training, and client-specific learning modules.
- Maintain accurate training records, matrices, and competence assessments, ensuring documentation is always audit-ready.
- Run regular reports on training compliance and ensure operational employees and all site third party suppliers are notified of any potential non-compliance.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions, site inductions, refresher training, and role-specific learning.
- Support regulatory audits (MHRA, FDA, etc.) by providing training evidence and documentation. Administration & Governance
- Produce regular compliance reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for internal governance meetings.
- Ensure admin processes follow client policies and requirements, and data protection standards. Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Strong standard of both literacy and numeracy skills.
- Possess an intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft Office packages and be fully competent in the use of PCs and other types of technology.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Work well under pressure to meet challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of the role.
- Effectively plan and manage own workloads whilst understanding when to seek support when required.
- Be a team player with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence and strong interpersonal skills. What we are looking for
