Full Job Description
- Effectively work alongside and support the HR function
- Undertake training filing, both paper and computerised, using relevant filing and storage systems
- Ensure the relevant Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) records are maintained
- Co-ordinate the archiving of training documents and information according to the Birtenshaw Data Retention Policy
- Produce professional letters and documents at the direction of the Training Manager
- Generate reports, analyse and correct errors as appropriate
- Support candidates to complete online training prior to commencing employment.
- Facilitate good communication with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and co-ordinated.
- Organise and set up meeting rooms / venues for events and associated equipment, as directed
Salary: £24,309 - £25,412 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 - £13.17 per hour)., Competitive pay scale - Staff Recognition Schemes - employee of the month, refer a friend, long service plus nominations for national awards
