Full Job Description

  • Effectively work alongside and support the HR function
  • Undertake training filing, both paper and computerised, using relevant filing and storage systems
  • Ensure the relevant Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) records are maintained
  • Co-ordinate the archiving of training documents and information according to the Birtenshaw Data Retention Policy
  • Produce professional letters and documents at the direction of the Training Manager
  • Generate reports, analyse and correct errors as appropriate
  • Support candidates to complete online training prior to commencing employment.
  • Facilitate good communication with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and co-ordinated.
  • Organise and set up meeting rooms / venues for events and associated equipment, as directed

    Salary: £24,309 - £25,412 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 - £13.17 per hour)., Competitive pay scale
